Whilst this may “work” during the early phases of life, the body soon begins to react to this approach and either opposes the aggression or imbalances itself at a structural level.

Using natural forces (breath/ gravity/ spinal awareness) we can support the bodies intelligence and create a strong robust flexible structure capable of meeting all of life’s challenges.
