Qi Gong Workshop - Year of the Wood Dragon
Sun, February 25, 20242-4pm
The Teal Center at Randolph Towers in Arlington, VA
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that supports the flow of energy and vitality through the living system.
The Wu Dang Dragons Gate is a Daoist Lineage from the Wudang mountains of China that specializes in both practical and mystical Daoist practices.
The 5 Dragon Qi Gong series is a magical and dynamic Qi Gong form that is simple, easy to learn, and wonderful for strengthening the body and supporting the flow of Qi through the 5 organ systems and associated meridians.
This form works with the Chinese Medicine principle of the 5 elements and is a simple way to learn this foundational health philosophy, through an associated movement practice.
This workshop also coincides with the early part of the Chinese Year of the Wood Dragon and gives us a tangible perception of Dragon Energy. As we practice this form, we will experience a sense of vitality and radiant health.
Suitable for all levels – Beginners to advanced
